Friday Welcome happy hour
Please join us for a welcome happy hour on Friday evening, 7-9 pm in the Halo Bar above the Big Top!
Check in when you arrive on Friday, then make your way to the Halo Bar. Meet some of your organizers and greet new and old friends from across the country and beyond! There will be non-alcoholic and alcoholic drinks available for purchase. There will be no food served, so arrive after eating dinner.
On-site late night food
The Lotte is offering food sales in the balcony at midnight on Friday and Sunday, and 11pm on Saturday to sate our dancing bodies. Check out the menus.
